Yes, or you can attend one of our open courses that we advertise on our website.

Do you run courses at weekends or evenings?

Yes, we can run a course at a time that best suits you, even weekends, evenings or night shifts if need be.

What certification will I receive?

A certificate awarded by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) or Ofqual on request.

Do you have to be physically fit and able to attend a first aid course?

Before booking onto a course discuss with the trainer any physical or health conditions that you might have as some conditions may prevent you from completing the course as it is a practical course that requires demonstration of Resuscitation Skills. This requires certain physical ability. However, adaptations can be made. Always inform your tutor if you have any injuries that might prevent you from performing any practical sessions of the course.

What do I wear for the course?

Wear comfortable casual clothing as you will be undertaking practical sessions throughout the course.

I am pregnant but would like to do a first aid course. Can I attend?

Yes, you can still do a first aid course but tell your tutor so that adaptations can be made for practical sessions for you.

Is there a theory exam to take?

Yes the course is assessed by a multiple choice paper.
